okay.
first of all. yes i finally have abit of time here (to go online)..
because..
i sprained(or fractured?!) my foot.
yes. it's been a week since ive been, rather handicapped.
ok ok keep your cool.. it was a loooooong story to how it alllllll happened.
but let me just keep it short, yes?
i fell while dancing.
yup.
*looks right and left*
on MC for 4days, but yesterday was gatal and went to sch, and had dance,
and it got worst.
so i thought, maybe i should just dengar kata doctor to rest at home.
yooooouccchh.
so spent the whole day today rawat-ing my foot with cellfood.
oh and why havent i been doing this!!
it's so muccccch better now, and yes, no more tempang(sangat)!
amazing how cellfood works.
the healing was berdenyut-ing of course.
like they say..'no pain, no gain.'
yeah, and i had a nasty emotional breakdown this week.
you know, syf is in a month's time.. harsh trainings here..
but, i can't dance with them for the mean time.
ergh.
i just cant describe how i feel.
it's the horrible-est feeling, i swear.
and crying tersedu-sedan right infront of your own mother abt such matter,
is purely ugly, and hard to comeby.
amazing how dance is evidently crucial in my life.

yeah so, common test is over.
had a good start for the year, in preparation for the common test.
which....actually determines my fate; continue PU3 or down back to PU2.
i've put in all that i can, revision and consultations everyday til night.
studied hard and smart, i should say.
(only for physics and maths actually.sorry accounts.i need 2subj to pull me through this!)
well... frankly, i smell sweet fate coming around.

but i got A for Maths!

Friday, karaoke-ed with cousins!

Aiyeeen and chickon.
Unfortunately Ayu couldnt tag along coz she was working.
It was actually my first experience.

It was GFs' Day Out!
I missed hanging out with them..
esp eversince the boy had to serve the nation..
So yeah, we walked ard town..
They teman me buy my school uni(@ shaw plaza) and also my school shoes..

the guys met up early2 in the morning at the 'whampoa workshop'

(bawa blk near the carpark)

to prettify their 2nd wives.

they took too long, and the gfs got too agitated,

so we decided to just consider the different means of public transportation

to whampoa.

(yeah they were sort of supposed to take us by bike)

so i met jannah in bus 8, and then we met deena at toa payoh and took a bus to whampoa.

NATIONAL BIKERS' WEEKEND.

it was just beyond words.

the excitement, the kecohness, the heat..

and most definitely, the BIKES!

and now im a ghost.

on friday,
bo took me from work and we ate at popeye's with deena and bom,
at the SG flyer.
aftr that we just walked ard there, to check out the booths etc.
and guess what.
me and bo made a keychain with our pic in it!
i thought it was a waste of money, but he persuaded me much.
hehh, so you can't blame me if we're taking alot of pix huhh.

after that, the guys brought the ladies to marina barrage.

met them again in about 8-9 hours time at achik's parents' stall.

then we were off to thomson road(old police academy).

it was the starting point for the convoy which they paid for, to the SG flyer.

imagine, hundreds of diff kinds of bikes being lined up in the huge carpark.

deena and i were hibijibis-ing looking at the bikes from the top of the hill.

and never have i seen sooooo many harleys at the same time!

all the wakwaks in the world unite baby!!

and there were some weird looking 'spaceship' bikes.

we waited for about 2hours under the hot sun before the convoy officially began.

so we reached our destination (flyer) ard 1+pm.

parked and lined the bikes proper, before we headed for the stunt shows and booths.

yes there was a stunt show by Oliver, a proffessional stuntbiker all the way from Germany.

the stunts he made got me in awe, i just can't describe the moment.

basically, it was awesome.

so basically bf,bom,deena,ayie and myself were there at the SG flyer all the way to maghrib time on the saturday(29th).

after the whole event cooled down etc, which was after the luckydraw session at night,

we headed off to a coffeeshop(i forgot the name) to makan at boonkeng.

then deena,bom, bo and myself headed back to whampoa.

they wanted to wash up to go to their friend's pit, and bo too wanted to wash up first.

*yes, we were all that stinkyinky coz the weather was very hot and we were under the hot sun the whole time! and i was the only one having fun with the sun.*

so i waited on his bike, and after which, we headed to pasir ris park to just sit around and enjoy the quiet and breezy moment together

finally got home before 1am.

i had so much fun with them all!
especially with my very own matrampit.

it was a too last min ting for the rest of the tarian team to come down.

TRANSCENdenCE 2008!!!
Met the tarian ppl at Bb mrt station by 8am.
went for breakfast, and got in school by 845am.
had rehearsals, and by 11am, we had separate taxis to RP to get our make up and outfits done.
Cg Yazid too was busy with his rehearsals for that night's big big show.
that's why he wanted us to travel to RP instead of him coming over to our school to help us out.
got back in school by 230pm.
and show's starting at 3pm.

ya so that was the kecoh part.

Ok, im bored. So, ill update somethings.

2 weeks back. i attended an 'Unlesh Your X-factor' Public speaking workshop.
It was specially for Class and CCA leaders, and also counsellors.
IT WAS FUN. period.

A few days back, I came down to support a few of my secondary school guy friends, namely Syam, Khy, Fi, Zai.

They were performing as a band infront of heeran.
So i met up with a few of my other sec sch click too to come down together to support.
Well, i should say they were good.
I've seen them perform since secondary school days.
They never fail to make me smile with their own personalities on stage.
Haha.
Khy being the ultimate doinker, giving that slenger looks (HAHA!!).
Syam being that very ecstacy-fied with the songs he sing and play.
Fi being that very cool and serious looking member.
Zai being that cute little drummer at the back, who has always been blocked half of the performance.(IT'S TRUE!)
Their songs were nice to hear (coming from a non-band-songs listener).
hehe.
It was also nice to see many passers-by who stopped to just watch and feel the songs.

So, after an hour of non-stop hits by them, we headed to drink some bubble tea and eat at the Shaw House. (some of us ate already before coming to heeran!hehe!;))
played some PSP games. hoho.
and then off we went to chill at the Esplanade.

and yeah, it was all cool till myra and i had to leave first.
left by 830pm, coz myra had things to settle.
so i went to study at my studyplace till midnite.
and the boi came along after work and we ate. (:

It was rather saddening and disappointing that a few of the year3s and most of the year1s couldn't turn up.

i gave a speech on behalf of the year1s and 2s for the year3s.

And the weekends before my birthday, i attended dance workshop with my dancemates.
It was at Victoria Terrace, and an Indon Instructer was there to conduct the workshop. Oh boy, he cracked me up! I had a deeper understanding of tarian melayu after that workshop, though he only shared abit of his so-called knowledge. Well, basically, we learnt some important steps for both guys and girls. Yeah, for once, i became a male dancer. 0.o it was really fun tho. dancing with dancers from Sriwana and other Malay Dance groups in Singapore. They were simply off the hook! It's really amazing how people can dance so well. I was definitely in awe, especially seeing male dancers moving slowly to traditional malay songs. Oh gosh. Well, there u go! WIDER CIRCLE OF FRIENDS!! x)

HEY. FINALLY IVE GOT MY HANDS ON U! AHHAHA.

Last 2 saturdays, i had dinner with my tamp ladies. x)
quite recently that i received the pix. explains the late post here.
well, i had dance in the morning. got home, slept, and finally met them at night for dinner at simpang bedok.=)
it's our hot spot to makan and just ghossip, u noe, girls' stuffs. ;)
very sweet bonding session indeed.
MORE OK LOVES. =)

Then the next day on sunday, i watched Harold And Kumar at picturehouse with my nang2!
x) such a HILARIOUS show!!
AND DISGUSTING LA.
nonetheless, i thought it was worth the watch.
although there were some parts which were utterly disgusting.
eeek.
ohwell, if u havent watched, GO GO GO!! MUST OK. =) and make sure u get ready an oxygen tank with you! ;p
after watching the movie, we headed to bugis where i bought my leotard and tights for dance.
fyi, i bought them at The Costumez Shop. It's near arab street.
HEY. THEY HAVE LOTSA THINGS THERE FOR DANCE. if u need anything for dance, GO THERE. coz i thought that the shop's really good. :)
and off we went to chill around at our hot spot;

last week, it was a killer for me.
i couldnt manage my time well.
i shouldnt blame the dance rehearsals and practices eveyday which ended by 7pm.
coz it's really up to myself to know how to give time to my priorities.
i tink this is just the best time to be having a bike for myself.
so the journeys to and back from school wont be that long and draggy.
so i could at least be home earliest by 830pm.
oh dream on.
a no for a bike, will always be a no.
sighh.
despite the superbly exhausting week, i should thanks zhura and poornima for their smiles and laughters which gives me a sense of belonging around in school.
and of course, the dancers.
and im not only talking about malaydancers, but also the modern and indian dancers.
you people make the week a fulfilling one for me.

Last weds, it was the 2nd full-dress rehearsal for Institute Day.
Cg Yazid brought these clothes for us.
i thought they were really pretty.
but some teachers thought that it was too traditional and didn't show the 'tribal-ness' of this combined dance.
so, we changed the set of costumes to...................

oh yes. and then the east babies gotta be the mighty ones to send back the 2 sets of costumes back to geylang(kampong collection).
thank goodness Cg Z gave us cash for the taxi fare from school. :)
the bags were big and really heavy okay.
we cud've died along the way if we didnt hire a taxi!
oh. and it took us half an hour to get a taxi from school!
and that's after calling through their hotlines. pffts.

during that 30mins of wait along the streets, we had 4-5 different drivers tryna act cheeky with us.
if only i could kick balls.

It had been some time since i last had such a wonderful and fruitful weekend like this!
Friday night, was with fi for a bit.
Slept for 17hours before finally realising that i had a life.

then spent some time WATCHING TV. omg yes, it's been some time since i stayed put for A DAMN HOUR on the couch watching TELEVISION.
(as hard as it is to believe, yes its true i nvr had time for tvs.ok, more like, i NEVER tried to set aside some tv-time for myself.heh.)
and aftr wich i spent my time from 8pm-midnight++ doing my school work at the mcD infront of my place.

about the past 2 weeks at school.

fuuuh. damn kecoh i don't even know what to blog about!
from being caught for doing things i didnt (dying hair) and being sent back home, to being late for school and serving detentions till 6pm, to being a loanshark asking classmates to pay up for classT, to representing my maths class for a dialogue session with the HOD of maths, to getting full marks for the prev maths test.
i felt the lowest points, and the highest points in my school life just within this 2 weeks.

(btw my hair's confused NOW. after dying it BLACK as told by the school, it's now just randomly shaded, and im losing the blackness again. this time round, they really can't blame me for colouring my hair! they really don't expect me to dye my hair black every month ritE! stoops.)

OH YES. and i had a girls day out last sat with aiyeen! (: we rindu each other too much and we chopped each other a week in advanced! heh.
it was lovely.
sad to say but most of the pix taken in my camera were gone.

Yesterday was CIP day.
My class have had decided to 'create awareness to the public about dengue fever'.
sounds rather boring, i know.
oh well.
Thankfully the job's easy and it only took us 1.5 hours to get it done.
(supposedly 3 hours!)
aftr which we were dismissed.
zahura, poornima, and myself, headed down to Lil India to get zahura her wig she has always been wanting to buy.
and they went for threading. and we ate at an Indian Vegetarian Restaurant.
i had tosei masalah! (: very nice la. so full after that.
and all the thanks to her Uncle for treating us our lunch! (:

Today's GoodFriday aka stayathomeday.
fever again.
took the medicine and fell asleep.
thankfully i felt alot better after that, and finally did my schoolwork.
oh btw, i lost my voice.

currently i'm eyeing on this particular dance class, which seems to be alot better than the one i'm in now(musicgarage).
basically, it's cheaper, rather organized, and has bigger spaces, @ orchard.

and they've stated that they'r opening new classes coming April.

The last, and the beginning.

So the new term's here.
Had my whole week of break(from studyin that is).
I had to come back to school on thurs and friday for malaydance camp.
i had fun like no one could! (:
thanks to all those around that made it possible.
then again, tarian moments are the only times when i get to be around so many lovely girls!
(why do i sound like a butch/guy)
we had fun games and activities during the 2-days Day Camp, playing in the rain and all.. (x
& my group got in 1st and at the end of the day, we received goodies and the best part was, we got Haagen Daz's icecream!!! (:
besides that, we had dance workshops too. and had started on the routines for the upcoming big events. (Institute Day and Transcendence!)

then sat came along, and initially planned to start heating up the gear with nazrina.
haha, but it was cancelled eventually.
coz i was at Jalan Bahagia, and naz was at Woodlands. ;)
oh and basically i met fi because i missed him soo much, and i actually had bought for him an everlasts' top which i think is damn shit hot! so, yea wanted to surprise him with that.
and furthermore, i wanted to surprise him with the new everlast top i was wearing, which is a fotocopy of his new everlast top he wore on our date. (i bought it secretly on fri) just that mine's the ladies' version of course.
by now, u must be like, 'HEY WASSUP WITH THE HAPPY2 BUYIN2 OF EVERLASTS OUTFITS?!?!?!'
haha. like i said, it's on sale! (;

then came sunday.
met nazzy in the afternoon for our hiphopdance class.
we were an HOUR LATE! ;x
thank goodness Michelle started her class late too.
and we thought we were only able to get 30mins of dance there.
(heh!)
it was fun! just that there were too many people, and naz and i spent more than half of the time being blocked by the others from the mirror.
(and we had to join the earlier class because there's a performance durin the later part of the day)
after which, we went to the National Lib to start panicking with our studies. ;X
before leaving by 9pm, we snapped pix in the prettyful toilet with our new 'uniform' (HAHAH!).
and then i met up with the boi for our late-dinner at the MacD infront of my house, and finished up my work.

Monday.
i went to school for just a lesson,
before signing out to go home. -__-'
so, i finally broke down, and collapsed.
high fever, and the doc gave me a 2days MC.
SIGHS. wat a start for the new term!
thank goodness im alot better now. (:

so im coming back afresh tmr!

It was a date.
A date we've chopped since 2 weeks back.
I've been looking forward to this very day so much. (:
Disappointingly, it was raining like noone's bizwax.
We got drenched. Totally drenched.
Thank goodness we just went shopping (hurhur) and was able to get changed to dry clothes at his place.
speaking of which, i've bought myself everlast's ladies' pumps and also, everlasts' 3/4 pants (good for dancing!) at such low prices. weeeeee` ;)
he bought himself 2 everlasts' tops also! hehe..
and all the thanks in the world to him for buying me a black prettyful dress i've always wanted, which was initially planned to MEMANG wear it for the day (so we're 'new' for the date!). and of course, adding on to that, the drench-ness of us urged us even more to wear those new stuffles. ;) so, u cant blame us for being too kiasu to wear new stuffs k. ;D

while we were otw up to his place, we heard and saw a group of small kids (only one is malay out of the 4) shouting vulgarities and making noises across the road. they were having a 'fight' or whatever. i couldn't stand the sight obviously, that i asked his permission to talk to them. oops, and that malay boy being the 'big leader' cried. yeah, they're about Pri4. but hey, i used nice intonations and words. i felt like mother for a while btw. 0.0

after changing and all, we decided to leave the bike and like old times, enjoy busrides. (:
ok i taught it was fun, just missing those times, but.. the rainy day made him fall aslp in buses yet again! HAHA. not surprising ay. but thinking the positive side, i kinda miss him sleepin in buses like that. (slaps myself) ;p
oh yes, and then we watched STEP-UP2 at The Cathay!

Music Garage here i come!

TODAY. i went for the dance trial under Music Garage at bugis.
i've been waiting for this day for weeks!
one word.
AWESOME.
Michelle is the choreographer. and i tink she's cool.
she told us her 'life stories' and how she has made it to where she is now.
damn was i inspired!!
she kept on emphasizing on techniques for dancing.
coz that's how u go about being a good dancer, not only for hiphop dance, but also for any other forms of dancing.
furthermore, she showed us around, from room to room.
they have got karaoke room, dancing, jamming, recording rooms, and the most exciting 'THE SECRET BEDROOM" which was officially open for students and members yesterday.
it feels like home, really.
and just from their name 'Music Garage', you should have the feel of the atmosphere there already.

They don't have those sleek and oh-so proper floorings and walls or such.
they don't have the great space like any other studios.
they arent of the high-class sorts of studios.
they are just normal rooms with limited space and such.
however, all these doesnt matter.
the hospitality they have for their guests, and the homely atmosphere they've created and of course, the basic necessities enough for the specified sectors of music is available.
and also, the fees are reasonable. 50bux a month, but the upfront fee is 100 coz due to experience, students have had the tendency to 'runaway' frm paying and just disappeared. so the upfront fee pays for the 1st and last month of dancing there.
well, i tink that's rather sensible.
i'm so looking forward to joining Music Garage and the gang for performances and gatherings where we just chill there and be happy.
it's more than just dancing. there's so many more things u can do! even girls' sleepover and do padicure/madicure!!! and we can have movie marathons together at their self-made cafe!
however, the matter for me now is...
'where do i get the money from?'

esp the upfront fee.
i want to do this, and i really want it bad.
supposedly im keeping this from my mum....

but i guess, eventually i still have to voice it out to her coz that's the only way i can get the upfront fee.
maybe, ill make a deal with my mum...
maybe ill just tell her that the subsequent 50bux fees monthly will be paid myself using my own expenses.
i hope she'll be fine with this.
coz i really wana learn hiphop dance and the techniques right, and well.

i just had to snap a pic of the bags of many2 tarian stuffs we used yesterday for the performance.
uh huh, we rented them of course, and had to be sent back at geylang; Kampung Melayu.
So since nazzybaby and i are one of the only dancers from the easty, we had taken the initiative to make the small effort to bring them back to kampong.

so we decided to go makan at 'Bedok Simpang' (as of mentioned by nazzy, and fi oso!!).
they, being the malas bumpbumps, were willing to fork out some cash for a ride there by cab.
and we finally reached our destination by 7pm. aftr which we chiong for food, and chit-chat like never before. and we left by 9pm.
omy, i love random bonding moments like that.
then again, it's hard for such things to come by!

especially for a weekday, and just a 'girls night out'.
thankfully it's TeamBuilding Day tmr! and there's no lessons! ((:
we'll be having an 'Amazing Race' at the CBD area.

CCA Open House today!!
Damn exhausted.. have been staying back for short practices/rehearsals and doing up of the Malay Dance's noticeboards.

and i guess everything went rather ok today.
ALL CCAs had their crazy and interesting moments..the shoutings, the jumpings(with kain batik), the singings, the bangings, the dancing, the acting, the gila-momoks....;) hahah!
i tink performing arts are just the rock-est CCAs ever!!
the performance and the subsequent friendly-moments we had with the PU1s to get them to love us to join Malay Dance...hehe..;)
the typical butterflies in stummy was there, while awaiting for our turn to perform.
however, i should really show my gratitute and appreciation to the audience for the warm applause and cheerings.
they were very good audiences i shud say.
and nad, u did well too.

hell no did u sound lame or watever on stage.
she's just jealous of u.

just ignore the shits about her, and im sure u'll be fine aite?

Due to the definite impossiblities of making a dance crew outside school, i've decided that...

I wana sign up for a dance course at MusicGarage.
they came over to my sch to promote their organisation, which is basically to enable teens to discover and develop their hidden skills (or something like that).

and of course, it's hiphop dance.

50bucks per month.once a week(weekends), 1.5 hrs each session.
at least, this course is able to ensure my commitment.
because...

i'll have to fork out from my weekly expenses to pay for it, myself.
(i'm not telling my parents, yet, coz i tink they wouldn't agree to this.)
well, i guess i've to learn how to save up for my own passion.
so i really hope that this MusicGarage is good, and would give me chances to perform externally.

aftr which i tink i'll go for other types of dances.
ballroom dancing or something.

and i'm goin for a trial next 2 weeks.
from there, ill decide weather or nt to sign in, officially.
basically, i just want to dance, and be happy.

And so, zahura and i being(just the 2 of us) as romantic as can be, went around town to search for min2's bdae pressy.

(frankly, we spent most of the hours looking at stuffs we'd like to buy for ourselves instead. our bad. HAH.)
aftr walking around non-stop, we've finally laid our eyes on this particular 3/4 berms for min2!
it wud've been rather crazy if we paid that using our own pocket money, so as always, we've shared the amount with the guys too..naskong andy fad zahu and myself.

It was at Carrissa Park Condo at old tampy.

Supposedly, we were to gather at the condo by 3pm.
initially, fi couldn't make it coz he had work at 5pm.
but at the last min, i tink i psycho-ed him and we met, had breakfastcumlunch at the mcD infront of my blk, before heading to the condo.
by then, it was already 330pm, but none have yet to arrive.
and i tink fi got abit pissed coz maybe i had wasted his time, and he only left at 430pm(even by then none had arrived still!)

of course he was late for work(it was at Istana), and adding on to the whole sadness, he couldn't get to enjoy evn abit of the party.....=(
i'm sorry boo..... i regret remorsefully for having to waste ur time, and fuel. ='((
Despite so, all the thanks to Mehvish for providing the place.(her granny lives there u see)
and we just chilled by the prettyful huge swimming pool.

Well, so far, it's been good.
Manageable i should say.
(although i tink i screwed horribly for Econ's Case study on housing price levels)
I hope the H2 subjects won't kill me.

Oh and this is random, thought i should share it here.
Yesterday, while i was studying and revising at the 24hours McD across the road, (and fi was there to accompany me!(:) there were two malay guys next to our table from NTU. of course they were studying too.
and we heard them saying this..
'aku dapat 85. kalau senang aku da dapat 100!!'

in eng: 'i got 85. if it was easy i would've gotten 100!!'

OMG! WHAT DOES THAT SUPPOSE TO MEAN?!
ok. somehow, that motivates me in doing well.

Well as in not just a passing grade.
Well as in scoring.
